Pantry of Knowledge - How to Sign Up Yourself and Others at Your Company

SIGNING UP OTHERS OR MULTIPLE USERS FOR COURSES

How do I sign up SOMEONE ELSE IN MY COMPANY, MULTIPLE STUDENTS or MULTIPLE STUDENTS & MYSELF for the Pantry of Knowledge?
 

1. Sign into the Pantry of Knowledge Portal using the Sign In button in the upper-right hand corner.

  • First Time User? Use the Don't Have An Account option.
  • Returning User? Enter your email and password.

  • VERY IMPORTANT - ERROR MESSAGE - EMAIL ALREADY EXISTS

    • You may receive a message that you already have a profile. If so, use the password that you set for Foodservice 101 in Foodservice Academy.

      • Use the Forgot Password from Foodservice Academy instead of the forgot password link on Pantry of Knowledge - The correct link is https://mafsi.learnupon.com/users/password/new

      • Check your email for the Foodservice Academy reset email.

      • Click the link in the Foodservice Academy email and reset your password in Foodservice Academy. 

      • Login to Foodservice Academy with your new password using this link https://mafsi.learnupon.com/users/sign_in.

      • Finally, please return to the Pantry of Knowledge sign-in page and use your new password to sign in to Pantry of Knowledge https://pantryofknowledge.learnupon.com/store

      • If you do not receive the above message, you will be asked to set your own password.


2. Click on the gold “Add” button next to the Pantry of Knowledge course description.
 

3. If you are purchasing for yourself, skip to Step 5.

If you are purchasing for Others or for yourself and Others, please follow the instructions below.

You will notice a green button “Proceed to Cart” in the upper right-hand corner. Look BELOW the “Proceed to Cart” button and you will see the sentence, "If you are purchasing for someone else or require bulk purchasing Click Here.”

4. Click on “Click Here” and enter your selections.

  1. Number of Users: Choose your number of users.
  2. Including Yourself: Yes or No (depending on whether or not you are also signing up)
  3. Do you have their names and email address:
     
    • Yes - Enter their names and email and they will receive their enrollment instructions.
    • No - You will be sent Enrollment Keys which can be forwarded to your staff for self login at a later date.

5. Click on the green button “Next Step: Checkout” on the right side of the screen.

6. Enter credit card information and complete checkout.

7. If you are a Canadian based company, please click on Coupon Codes and enter the word "Canadian" in the box to receive a 20% discount for the exchange rate.

8. An email will be sent to you with all of the information you need to access your course and start taking the course.

Congratulations, you are all set and ready to take any of the 800+ courses in the Pantry of Knowledge.

How do I reset my password if I am getting an error message that my email already exists?
