This course provides multiple simple strategies for improving your communication skills as a leader. you'll see what happens when your communication strategies aren't especially clear, which can run the gamut from people doing work they shouldn't be doing all the way to...well, you'll find out soon enough. We hope none of these undesirable situations happen to you. They are fun to watch, though.
