Description
Delegating is a critical skill for managers to master. It can also be a difficult skill to give yourself permission to do. This course highlights the reasons for delegating responsibilities to others (hint: it isn’t you trying to get out of doing work!) and provides a simple process for thinking about when and how to do it. There’s also a surprise twist at the end of this video that will probably blow your mind. Enjoy!
