Description
Building Information Modeling (BIM): Appointing Party Documentation serves to support a client or owner (known as an appointing party) in determining their requirements on a BIM project. This course outlines the basic documentation required, as well as the requirements of both the appointing and appointed parties on a project.
Objectives
- Examine and outline the process and requirements of the appointing party when delivering a project toward ISO 19650
- Classify project information methods and procedures
- Develop a project information protocol, including any contractual issues relating to the BIM process
