This session looks at the full time frame from initial input to the end results of a project, so that everyone involved knows what they need to do and by when.
Once this session is completed, you will understand the importance of setting clear objectives, delegating work to the right team member, making sure quality standards are met and why KPI's and risk management are key to a projects success.
