When running our sales coaching sessions, how ensure they are as effective? This course focuses on how to run effective coaching sessions to allow the coachee to decide the best way to move forward. In this course we will look at how to set goals and what the coachee needs to do to be able to achieve them. Once the course has been completed you will identify what you need to do when having coaching interactions, including being a responsible inspiring figure that makes the coachee leave with bags of motivation.
