Description

When attending a field visit as a manager, you need to be aware of how you can help and support your salesperson, not be onsite to take over. This course focuses on how you as a manager should observe your salesperson so you can provide quality feedback to help them improve their skill set. It is not about criticism! You being onsite may put them under additional pressure, so its important for them to realize you're also available to support if required. Once the course has been completed you will be able to identify what skill set your salesperson may need some additional help with, along with putting a positive spin on aspects that have gone well.
