Description
In this course, you will develop an understanding of common leadership misconceptions. You will then examine the fundamental qualities of great leaders in order to devise your own leadership style. We will discuss the value of strong relationship building with co-workers and bosses and how to voice personal opinions while remaining flexible for the greater good of the organization. You will also learn how you can influence your corporate culture by inspiring morale and loyalty in a workforce that may include on-site, remote and contract employees. This 1-hour course is the final installment in a series of 6 courses on 21st century leadership. It is presented via narrated video with interactive labs, quizzes and a final exam. Successful completion earns you a Certificate of Mastery. Printable learning aids are also available for convenient review of the course material.
