Description
The maturity model is also known as "situational leadership". The participants learn to lead employees in a way that corresponds to their individual situation. Four different leadership styles are discussed: instructive, guiding, participative, and delegating. They also learn how to assess the respective maturity level of an employee.
Objectives
- Apply the model "leading by maturity level"/"situational leadership" in everyday management practice
- Recognizr what "maturity level" the employees are at
- Adjust leadership methods to your staff's maturity level
- Get staff members with fading motivation back on board
- Protect motivated but inexperienced employees against excessive demands
- Give highly motivated employees freedoms without losing sight of the goals
