About this course: Every business has a rhythm, a pattern that can be followed on a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. As a manager, you'll be driven by this rhythm. It is influenced by the schedules in place for reports and meetings.
You will need to be on top of this, whether its meetings you're calling or ones that your boss calls you in for you need to prepare. This preparation will enable you to be more organized with your team so they can be more aware and able to work to deadlines gathering information in a more accurate and timely fashion.

Once the session is completed, you will be able to report with confidence up the chain and receive information coming the other way with minimum fuss and any last minute chasing up. Put together an integrated planning cycle and plan ahead for the future.
