When it comes to leadership, there's no one-size-fits-all. There are many different ways to be a good leader and our course, Leadership Fundamentals: The Leadership Toolkit, explores the different leadership styles.
In this course, we will discuss the "leadership toolkit." This includes the different leadership styles, behaviors and theories of leadership that you can apply to your work as a leader. This course will also investigate what leadership is all about to help you develop a leadership style that works for you and your team. This course includes a video presentation, downloadable supplemental resources for future reference, and ends with a self-assessment quiz so you can test your knowledge.
