Description
There are three types of difficult situations. The first is called the conflict spiral - when things are spiraling out of control, the second is the emotional spiral - which deals with emotions during a conflict, and the third is when someone gives you an ultimatum. It’s important to understand the differences of these three situations and how to deal with each one effectively.
