Description
How can we support our sales team by being a successful coach? This course looks at how you as a sales manager can be a successful sales coach to support and develop your staff whenever they need it. This can be done with regular 1-2-1 sessions or adhoc. Once the course is completed, you will identify what you need to do to be a supportive successful coach that your team can rely on.

- Assess your teams current ability and support them to upskill
- Show that you're available to support them as a coach and mentor
