An organization, even if unprofitable, can keep going for a long time, provided it can generate enough cash to meet its bills as they are due. Understanding key financial reports as well as projecting cash flow are important parts of creating a sustainable plan. In this course, part of the Business Planning Series, you’ll learn about cash flow forecasts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and how to understand sources and uses of funds as part of a financial model for business planning.
