Listening doesn’t really work when you’re only pausing until you get to speak again. If you’re doing this, there’s a good chance you’re not even hearing what the other person is saying, and that’s going to make you difficult to communicate with. In this course, you'll learn how to communicate in the right ways, clarify with the speaker, and make sure people feel heard.
