Description
The world around us is constantly changing. Between the responsibilities of everyday life and the constant stressors in the outside world, we often forget to make space to check in with ourselves and process our emotions. This audio-only course is led by Jay Vidyarthi, a human-centered UX designer and mindfulness expert who works at the intersections of well-being and technology, designing and researching new strategies to restore attention and cultivate positive mental health. In this course, you’ll experience a mindfulness practice that helps you slow down and notice what’s going on in your mind and body.
