Ouch! Your Silence Hurts challenges participants by asking, “How will you personally respond next time you witness somebody being treated with disrespect?” As a bystander, you ARE part of the conversation, and your actions (or your silence) matter. We all fear saying the wrong thing, making it worse or shaming, but this course conveys how important it is to learn the Ouch! techniques to speak up and become an ally, an active bystander or upstander.
