Description

Micrgoagressions in the workplace impact the well-being and work performance of both teams and individuals. This course will build an understanding of why microagressions happen and their cumulative effects on individuals, teams, and organizations as a whole. Throughout this module, you’ll explore the key differences between intent and impact, and how to recognize and mitigate harmful behaviors.

Objectives

  • Recognize the effect of microaggressions at work
  • Understand the difference between impact and intent, and interrupt behaviors that may be causing harm
  • Build an awareness of mitigating bias across lines of difference
