Global Cultural Awareness cultivates an understanding of the practices and norms of cultures that are different from our own. This course will will give you the tools you need to work effectively on global teams and build awareness of North American-centric expectations.

Objectives

  • Consider cultural lines of difference that exist within all organizations
  • Explore the value of recognizing cultural norms or business practices are different from your own
  • Push back against our assumptions that everyone works the same way, and hold space for other practices and cultures
