Description

In the “Gender Dynamics” course, you'll develop awareness around gender dynamics, parity, and equality in relation to and beyond the gender binary. In this module, we’ll explore topics such as partner leave, remote work flexibility, evaluating office dress code norms, evaluating facilities accommodations for parents, providing equal airtime to people of all gender identities in meetings, and awareness of assumptions.

  • Recognize the impact of gender on workplace experiences
  • Expanded reference points beyond the gender binary
  • An understanding of the impact of gender and intersecting identities
