Description

What is bias? In this course we will go beyond bias as a buzzword and develop a deep understanding of unconscious and conscious biases and their impact in the workplace. This module allows us to not only understand and acknowledge the effects of bias, but facilitates a path towards active mitigation.

Objectives

  • Develop an awareness of biased ideas and behaviors
  • Learn tangible tools for interrupting biased ideas and behaviors in yourself and in others
