Description
Financial planning is integral to short- and long-term success, yet many business leaders fail to plan properly or at all. As a result, they lose track of how to reach their strategic goals. This course is part of the Managing Budgets series, a series designed to help organizations prepare and manage their budgets. In this course, you'll learn the purpose of short-term financial planning and how to create a business plan by identifying the limiting factors of your business and determining your budgets. Finally, you'll learn strategies for evaluating and reviewing your financial plan. At the end of the course, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the financial model and apply it your organization's strategic planning.
