In this section we will discuss the different types of tools that you could use to create and manage a budget. There are tools available for people of all types, from the technically advanced to the technophobic. Financial needs are expenditures that are essential for you to be able to live and work. They're the recurring expenses that are likely to eat up a large chunk of your paycheck — think mortgage payment, rent or car insurance.
