Are you an administrator of your organization’s Office 365 account? This course will show you how to manage its many important commands and options. It first walks you through the dashboard of the administrator portal, introducing you to the locations of key controls. Then, it touches on essential tasks such as managing users and licenses, adding and deleting external contacts, group and mailboxes, and working with public and team websites. Part of a series about Office 365, this training course takes approximately 47 minutes to complete. It consists of a series of short, narrated videos featuring screen recordings that clearly demonstrate each process step by step. A menu allows you to easily navigate to a specific video whenever you wish to review important information.
