This course shows you how to Inspire greater employee performance by tailoring your rewards and recognition program to deliver consistent, meaningful acknowledgement for jobs well done. You will learn why it’s important to have a consistent approach to recognizing individual performance and celebrating group milestones. We look at the strategies you need to have in place prior to introducing a performance recognition program and the types of non-monetary rewards you can offer employees to encourage and motivate their engagement. Tools to help you evaluate your performance in each topic area can be printed or downloaded.
