Depending on the situation itself and the people involved, there is no one way of dealing with a conflict situation. The Skillshub "The 5 Options Of Conflict Resolution" course refers to the Thomas-Kilmann conflict model, that uses two dimensions of assertiveness and cooperativeness to produce five methods of dealing with conflict. Once the course is complete you will be able to use the five methods and apply them accordingly depending on the situation.
